Quan Pratt

Director of Pratt Performance, NASM certified personal trainer and performance coach with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I've had the opportunity to coach a diverse population ranging from school aged students to geriatric patients. While directing the physical training side of Pratt Performance, I took on the role of Physical Education & Health teacher at a local high school. Once here I developed a curriculum  based from the "Holistic Wellness" practices. This is where I was able to sharpen my understanding of how interconnected each of these things were to being where you want to be in life.  Now I help adults who are looking to finally hit that next gear with their lives.
